Each piece is handcrafted to order in London with care and intention. Please allow 1–2 working days for production before dispatch.

✦ Delivery times

  • UK: 1–2 working days

  • EU: 3–7 working days

  • USA & Rest of the World: 5–10 working days

✦ Shipping costs

  • UK: FREE
  • EU: £8
  • USA & Rest of the world: £12

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on orders over £100

✦ Duties, VAT & Customs

Néalune is based in the United Kingdom. 
For customers outside the UK, especially in the EU, local VAT or import duties may be charged upon delivery. These are not collected at checkout and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

USA, Canada and Australia: Customs duties are rare but may occasionally apply, depending on your local regulations.

We do not cover or reimburse customs charges. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid duties, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

✦ Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you haven’t received tracking within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

✦ Delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

✦ Returns
