Refunds, Returns & Exchange
At Néalune, each piece is lovingly handcrafted with care and intention. We want you to absolutely love what you order, which is why we offer a straightforward return policy.
Returns Policy
- Necklaces and bracelets (unworn, in original condition and packaging)
- Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
- Email us at hello@nealune.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number
- Return your item via tracked shipping (return postage is covered by you)
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days
- Your original shipping cost will be refunded in full
Damage or Faulty Items
What to do: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nealune.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping). We aim to respond within 1-2 working days.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@nealune.com. We’ll work with you and the courier to track down your order and resolve the issue.
Orders Changes or Cancellations
Once your order is placed, production begins immediately as each piece is handcrafted individually for you. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nealune.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate you if work hasn’t yet begun, but once production has started, we’re unable to make changes or cancel.
